Alan D. Peters, PE - President
BS Petroleum Engineering, University of Texas at Austin, 1984
Registered Professional Engineer in Texas, 1993
26 years experience in various aspects of oil industry operations, technology
development that includes eight US patents, multiple business start-ups and
supply of products and services. He is founder and President of Tarpon Pipe
and Supply, a leading supplier in the Permian Basin for all steel tubulars products.
He is a founding partner of Composite Lining Systems, Patagonia Steel, Energy
America, Inc; EA International Comercializadora y Proveedora SA de CV (EA Mexico)
and Energy America Geothermal. He has twelve years experience as a non-operating
investment partner in many and various oil and gas drilling and production programs.
Earl Levea – Executive Vice President/Operations and Engineering Manager
BS Petroleum Engineering, Marietta College, 1977
32 years of experience in the drilling, completion, and production of oil and gas wells. 30 years of experience specifically in the Permian Basin. Over 20 years of experience drilling, completing, and producing Spraberry wells across the Basin along with managing a successful, growing oil and gas business actively engaged in drilling "Wolfberry" type wells in the Spraberry.
Responsibilities includes all facets of managing an active oil and gas company
including drilling, completions, operations, land, accounting, acquisitions,
divestitures, and etc.
Additional expertise includes drilling and completing horizontal wells and operating
wells requiring high volume lift equipment.
Jack Erwin - Geology
BS Geology, Stephen F. Austin University, 1982
27 years experience in generating exploration & development prospects, with a heavy influence of acquisitions. Primary experience has been in the Permian Basin with some experience in the Rockies, Oklahoma and Texas Gulf Coast.
All experience has been with small independents where I am responsible for
all phases of exploration and development from generation of the prospect to
logging the well. In acquisitions I am responsible for defining and booking
of “upside potential”.
Jon T. Brickey – Secretary/Treasurer
BBA Finance, West Texas State University, 1985
24 years of business start up and management in the Permian Basin. His many years in finance, marketing and operations give him a broad base of business experience.
Jon is Vice President of Tarpon Pipe & Supply. He is also a founding member
of Composite Lining Systems, Huckleberry Equipment, HIS Inspection Corp, and
Fivestones Ventures. Jon has been a non-operating investment partner in various
oil and gas ventures.
